Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
• Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Timeline

• Metro Cities (India): 3–5 business days
• Other Locations (India): 5–7 business days
• Remote/Outstation Areas: 7–10 business days

Note: Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
• For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee of ₹79 applies.
• Cash on Delivery (COD), if available, may incur an additional handling fee.

Order Tracking

• Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.
• You can also track your order directly from the “Track My Order” section on our website.

International Shipping

Currently, Youth Secrets ships only within India.
International shipping will be announced soon.
