At Youth Secrets, your satisfaction is our priority.
Return Eligibility
Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they meet any of the following conditions:
- Damaged or defective on arrival
- Wrong product delivered
- Packaging tampered with or unsealed upon delivery
For health & safety reasons, we do not accept returns for opened, used, or partially consumed products.
Return Process
- Email us at support@youthsecrets.in with your order number, photos, and reason for return.
- Our support team will verify your request and arrange for pickup (where applicable).
- Please ensure the product is unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.
Refund Policy
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (or as store credit for COD orders).
- Please note: Shipping/handling fees are non-refundable.
Exchange Policy
- If you received the wrong or defective product, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.
- Replacement products will be delivered with in 5 to 7 days.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened, used, or damaged products (not caused during courier handling)
- Products purchased during clearance sales or promotional offers
